Preventative Care
Being an employee at a gym for most of my life and living an active healthy lifestyle, I considered myself knowledgeable about what was good for my body. When I injured my back and a random introduction brought me to Cliff Road Family Chiropractic I discovered I knew nothing about keeping my spine healthy. My spine and neck were in bad shape and knew nothing to do to help it heal. My doctor and his staff gave me the means and the tools to become healthier. Like everything in life I had to work hard and be totally committed to getting the results I wanted. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in helping me achieve my goals... now I have the knowledge and tools to achieve a more balanced, active, and healthy lifestyle.

Extreme Lower Back Pain
Since 1992 I've been suffering from extreme lower back pain. I was visiting my friend in the Twin Cities and I was having a bad time with my lower back. My friend told me about all the relief he has had from his chiropractor Dr. Brandon Mannie. After one visit I was feeling 50% better. Dr. Brandon was great. Headaches
I have always had headaches. Before I started coming here the headaches were getting more frequent and more painful! Since I've been getting adjusted the headaches are rare and not as painful. I feel better!

Car Accident / Fatigue/ Low Back Pain
After being in a car accident several years ago I began to experience routine pain in the lower back and a general feeling of fatigue. I met the doctor at the gym and came in for an assessment. I found out I have a degenerated disc and some other points of interest. He took the time to fully explain the injury and the procedure for treatment. After a few adjustments I noticed a definate decrease in pain and an increase in range of motion in all areas. I'm new on a treatment program and feeling better day by day. To anyone thinking of chiropractic care for injury or general wellness I would say it's the best move I"ve made in the area of health / wellness.

Constant Pain
I can not believe the difference in how I am feeling in the short time I have been coming and working with Cliff Road Chiropractic. The day I walked into the office I was in constant pain, just walking was a major task. I started the treatment about a week before I was doing the MS 150, a hundred and fifty mile bike ride, and was able to complete the ride. Tiredness / Dizzy / Headaches
Prior to coming to Cliff Road Chiropractic I was very tired, dizzy, had frequent headaches and just felt rundown all the time. I frequently had backpain, and constantly was sick with viruses, flu or infections. After coming here for 7 months I have been healthier, emotional, physically. I feel great. I get occasional headaches but really stay pretty healthy free of infections or just regular colds. My body feels great!
